  • No. Although we do everything we can to avoid cross contamination (waiting 24-48 hours between the use of regular all-purpose flour and gluten free, cleaning pans, bowls, utensils, etc.) we are not certified as gluten free since our menu is not exclusively so.

RETURN POLICY

We take pride in all our cookie creations! If you are unhappy with your order and/or purchase when picking up or within 24 hours of pick-up, immediately let us know of your concern and return your complete order to us. No refunds are given on any orders unless the complete order is returned. NO CASH refunds, only store credit.

We do not keep bakery items in stock and only bake to order. All deliveries MUST be scheduled in advance. Orders that are not delivered successfully after an attempt has been made at the scheduled delivery time will NOT be refunded. There will be a 15 minute window in which we will attempt to reach you to complete our delivery; after that your delivery will be considered abandoned.

Therefore, these are consumed at the customer’s own risk. Cookie Lab Confections cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, loss or damage.
